"The Quality" represents the properties of products and services that are valued by the consumers. There are two definitive types of quality. The definition of Quality is 'the variation reduced around the target'. A process or product that is consistently good in quality, and that performs its planned function is said to be a quality product. The Quality is the extents to the products which services, processes, and relationships are free from defects, constraints, and items those do not increase value for customers.
